EASY AND COMFORTABLE
The apartments are cozy and homely and they are just waiting for you and maybe a colleague whom for a longer period needs a well-functioning starting point in a new everyday life in Odense or the surrounding area.
If you have a bicycle you can park it safely in the locked basement parking area. There is even an associated bicycle workshop for free use.

RENTAL TERMS
A fully equipped and furnished apartment in the Green-House is intended for a maximum of 2 adults. The rental price is DKK 9.998 per. md. + on account consumption DKK 790 per md.
Termination is standard at 3 months, and a 3-month deposit is paid, and one month's rent is paid in advance. In addition, there is mandatory cleaning once a month at DKK 400. per walk. The amount is settled together with the rent.
The rent terms goes for 2-rooms apartments of between 71 - 74 m².
